We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and CashApp.

Absolutely! Many clients combine Event Planning with The Avathea Experience add-ons, or pair Day-Of Coordination with our rental inventory. We build custom packages to fit your vision and budget.

Yes, delivery, setup, and breakdown of rental items is available. Fees vary based on location and the size of your rental order. This will be outlined in your rental agreement.
