The $1,250 Combo Package includes 50 Chiavari chairs with cushions, 5 round or rectangle tables, a champagne wall, dessert cart, 8 chafing dishes, full event planning, day-of coordination, plus delivery, setup & pickup of all rentals β all included in the price! Available for baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and more (excludes weddings).
Event Planning ($700+) is the complete package β I handle everything from concept, design, vendor sourcing, graphics, and timeline, AND I am there to coordinate and manage your entire event on the day of. You get full planning plus day-of coordination all in one.
Day-of Coordination ($350+) is for clients who have already done their own planning but need someone to execute the day. I collect your vendor list, confirm everyone the day before, and manage everything on-site from setup to breakdown.
Yes! A 20% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. We accept payment details upon booking β reach out to get started!
